Subconscious change

Many useful mental keys within thees words. But you must want to find them of course. Often our subconscious mind has many “reasons/excuses” to not want to change our everyday thought patterns and feelings. And by not changing our patterns we do our self a great disservice. Example, we say to our self when we are tired of being disappointed: I'm gonna change my high expectations towards people, I had it! I don't care anymore! We think we are changing, but in our subconscious mind we are actually putting up a mental wall. The purpose of this wall is to not let anybody close ever again. This creates a mental illusion in our mind that we succeeded getting rid of our expectations. But with this easy solution comes many side effects. It's like peeing your pants when freezing, short term solution. And we only gonna end up more cold and miserable. And this is something we humans often do with our emotional hinders. Easy solutions that long-term hurts us both physically and mentally. If you want find and put an end to thees patterns, you must be more critical towards your own mind. Your thoughts and feelings maybe hurting your more than helping you. Stop living your life on autopilot. Be aware of the thoughts and feelings which is not producing positive change in your life. A lot of people say: I'm trying the best I can. Stop trying! Just DO! If what you are trying and it doesn’t work. Change your approach. And DO something else!
